Quality Embroidery in Auckland & Thames

Our embroidery is priced per logo embroidered and per stitch. With a minimum of 10. We have price breaks at 20, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 for embroidery. The more embroidered logos we do the more you economical it is for you. The embroidery must be the same size for this to be the case. 

For example: You may run the same embroidery across different garments - polos, hoods, caps etc and even different coloured garments but as long as the embroidery is the same you will be eligible for price breaks.

With embroidery we can change out the thread colour on the whole logo or certain parts of it at no extra cost to suit the colour of the garment it is going on.  

We do need to see your logo for pricing embroidery so when you request a quote we will ask for this so we can give you accurate pricing.

You can embroider many areas of garments but not all. Sometimes there are restrictions with pockets or inner layers of certain garments. 

The area we embroider must be able to fit on to our frames. 

Our usual placements for embroidery are left or right chest, back neck and sleeves of short sleeved garments - or front, back and sides of headwear. Any placement idea that you have that is out of the ordinary we can definitely look at - just email us and we can discuss.

We have capacity within our network to embroider up to around 40cm wide and high. At this size there are many stitches involved so it does become a very costly process. Embroidery can look great at this size but be wary of the cost here. 

Yes. We have a great team of designers and we also own and run a branding / graphic design agency KRISP Design so you can be sure you are in good hands whether you just need a design for your company apparel, sports team or a full branding package.

Due to the amount of work that is involved in embroidery we prefer to work with a minimum of 10 of the same embroidery. We can go less if it is with other items in an order or if it is a repeat order.

Our standard turnaround time for embroidery orders is 5-10 working days. This can increase in busier times of the year but we will always give you an ETA in advance. 

If you have a specific date that you need your apparel embroidered by please let us know so we can work to your deadline. 

We work as what we would call an Apparel Brokerage. We don't embroider our garments on site at our offices in Auckland or Thames but we do have preferred embroidery partners, who we have worked with for over 20 years. We have a few different embroidery partners so have plenty of capacity to get your orders completed quickly. 

With low overheads and long time supply agreements this means we are able to offer you very competitive rates on your embroidered apparel while also being able to offer a wide range of other services such as Screen Printing, DTG Digital Printing, Sports Numbering and Digital Transfers, Design, Apparel Supply and more through one point of contact. All your apparel design and decoration needs covered without the need for you to talk to different specialist suppliers. 

Yes we can often deliver locally if you are close enough to us. We can also offer overnight courier delivery nationwide once your order is complete. 

Please supply all artwork as vector images with text converted to paths / outlines. Accepted files are: .ai / .eps / .pdf. We can also accept high resolution .jpg or .png files for embroidery.

This gives us the base for the cleanest, embroidery possible. 

Should you only have a jpeg file of your logo we can often vectorise / recreate your logo for you at a small cost and supply this back to you once we have used it for embroidery. 

Generally we believe embroidery on garments like polos, caps, beanies, collared shirts and polyester garments is the best application for quantities above 10 units. There are of course a number of reasons as to why or why not embroidery is the best application for your garments so we often need to see your design and know what apparel it will be going on so we can make a recommendation from there. If we can't embroider for any reason we have a number of other great application methods. 

Quality. We pride ourselves on providing quality apparel and quality workmanship in decoration of those garments. 

Competitive pricing. We are not the cheapest out there but we are very competitive compared to many others with higher overheads. Good quality doesn't come cheap but doesn't have to cost the earth.

We rarely have to deal with this but when we do we'll bend over backwards to get this up to our standards and yours. Often if these issues arise, which they do from time to time, we'll catch it and remedy it before your order gets to you but in the case that we don't, please let us know and we will fix it. 

Yes, we have a wide range of garment suppliers and in most cases we are able to supply them to you at better rate than you would get if you purchased them direct.

Yes you can supply your own but generally we can give you a much better rate on these than you would get if you purchased them yourself. 

We do need to check apparel that you supply to us to make sure it is safe for us to embroider. Apparel needs to fit on the machines in the place you want embroidered . We'll always let you know before we start if this is likely to be a problem.
